("METT"), its subsidiaries or affiliates. In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I do hereby release and forever discharge METT, its directors, officers, board members, committees, individual committee members, and other representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action for damages or injuries which I might suffer or sustain in connection with my participation in the tournament. I agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless METT, its directors, officers, committees, board members, and the individual members thereof from and against any such claims, liabilities, demands, and causes of action. You will be asked to sign a release on-site if you are completing it electronically.
